This is a 1 bedroom rv with a king mattress, a separate bathroom and shower, an apartment sized refrigerator and full sized stove in the kitchen. Two very cold air conditioning units. The living room area has an oversized love seat recliner and a smaller recliner with a 65" flat screen tv. This RV has been exceptionally well maintained and we will continue to do so with a great tenant who appreciates and respects it. Keyed access to a private laundry room to use at your leisure.       Lease is a month to month with an expectation of no less than 6 months stay. You may take advantage of a large cable package thru spectrum for under $20 monthly or acquire your own. First month's rent and deposit(s) due at signing. No smoking allowed indoors. Bi-weekly curbside trash pick up, city water and outside lawn care and pest control. Renter is expected to furnish all bedroom linens, basic kitchen items and bathroom items. Renter is expected to maintain certain items with the rv such as emptying black and grey tanks, swapping propane, interior pest control and general cleanliness of the interior of the rv and front patio area and porch. Owner will maintain the pest control and lawn maintenance for the outside back area as well as maintain the rv functionality. We will give consideration to any animals you may want to bring on a case by case basis and provided you show current and past veterinarian records and a non-refundable deposit for each animal.
