Lease terms
Rental is a month to month lease with expectations of no less than a 6 month stay. Single adult or couples. The RV will not be available to tour until after the 1st of July and with a pre-screening phone call with all interested parties. First month's rent and deposit due at signing. No smoking allowed indoors. Bi-weekly curbside trash pick up, city water included. Renter is expected to furnish bedroom linens, all basic kitchen items and bathroom items. Renter is expected to maintain certain items such as emptying tanks, swapping propane, interior pest control and general cleanliness of the interior of the rv and immediate patio area. Owner will maintain rv outside and functionality as well as outside pest control and lawn care. Animals are approved on a case by case basis, provided you can show current and past veterinarian records and a non-refundable deposit for each animal.

RV is located inside a truly quiet neighborhood "mom n pop" type rv park with an abundance of peace and tranquility. If you love being in a place where nothing much happens every day, then we're the perfect place for you.
We do not have daily or weekly rentals so minimal traffic coming in and out.
This is a 1 bedroom rv with a queen mattress, a separate bathroom and shower, a full sized refrigerator with an ice maker and fully functional oven/stove in the kitchen. Room darkening levelor blinds. Two very cold air conditioning units as well as a house heater for winter.
The living room area has an oversized love seat recliner and a smaller recliner with a flat screen tv.
This RV has been exceptionally well maintained and we will continue to do so with a great tenant who appreciates and respects it.
Keyed access to a private laundry room to use at your leisure. Couple minutes from the beach and shopping.
