Do NOT drive more than 5mph down road. No smoking anywhere inside the property, outside is permitted but please dispose of all cigarette butts. No loud music or parties. Do not disturb the neighbors. Do not tamper with or disable the security camera or smart home devices. Keep the number of guests in your reservation accurate and don't violate the occupancy limits. Quiet hours from 10pm - 6am. There are 2 parking spots on the left side of the driveway and 1 on the right side. There is additional parking at the back of the home. The pole barn is not accessible. There is a Herrington trash bin located on the left side of the road (by the mailboxes)- labeled with address, after exiting the driveway. You can place excess trash there after your departure or leave in the kitchen area and the cleaning staff will dispose of. Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use. To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online boarding pass with access instructions. Local residents must obtain prior authorization before booking to maintain property integrity and ensure safety. Long-term rentals 30+ days only: $2000 refundable deposit after checkout Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Additional supplies are the guest's responsibility. Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation. The pontoon boat is available to rent directly through the owner of this home for $200 per day or $1100 per week. After booking is confirmed, we will share owner information. Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We require all renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver that can be found in your online boarding pass after booking.
