Lease terms

Property Includes * Fast Wifi * Utilities * Free Parking * Lawn and Snow Maintenance * Flexible month-to-month stays The tenant(s) agree to the following: * Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially in hallways, stairwells, and common areas. * No parties, events, loud music, or excessive noise. * No smoking or vaping inside the property. * No pets without prior written approval. * Support animals must be disclosed with appropriate documentation prior to move-in when required by law. * No throwing objects from balconies or windows. * No parking on grass or in unauthorized areas. * Keys may not be copied or shared. Lost keys must be reported immediately. * Occupancy is limited to the approved occupants listed on the lease. Overnight guests staying more than three (3) consecutive nights require prior written approval. Tenant(s) Responsibilities * Keep the property clean, sanitary, and in good condition. * Promptly report maintenance or safety concerns, including smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, plumbing, electrical issues, or other hazards. * Be responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by themselves or their guests. * Use the property solely for residential purposes and comply with all applicable laws. Furnishings The home is fully furnished. All furnishings, linens, towels, housewares, and other provided items must remain in the property unless otherwise approved. Missing or damaged items beyond normal wear may be charged to the Tenant. If there are furnishings or household items you prefer not to use, please notify us. We are happy to remove and store them when possible. Security Deposit The security deposit may be used to cover unpaid rent, excessive cleaning, missing items, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or other charges permitted under the Lease and applicable law. Violations Failure to comply may constitute a lease violation and may result in fees, termination of the tenancy, or other remedies available under the Lease and applicable law. By signing the Lease Agreement, Resident(s) acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with the terms of this Addendum.
