There is a Publix grocery store only a half mile to the south, Lake Park Marina 1/2 block to the north and the beautiful sandy Riviera Beaches are just over the bridge. Inside the fully renovated home, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms: 1 with king bed, 1 with queen bed and the 3rd with 2 twin beds while the master has an attached bathroom with dual vanities as well.
