Our office is located at 2968 Wilbraham Rd, Middletown OH 45042. Spend your days enjoying peaceful river views, casting a line, or paddling along miles of scenic water. Directly across the street sits Middletown Regional Airport, creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere where skydivers regularly descend from the sky, classic aircraft fly overhead, and aviation events take place throughout the year. The area is also home to Butler Tech's new aviation campus, a state-of-the-art 28,000-square-foot facility providing hands-on learning in aviation maintenance, engineering, private piloting, and unmanned aircraft systems. During the summer, residents also enjoy front-row views of the spectacular Middletown Fourth of July Fireworks, lighting up the sky just across the street. Riverrun features recently built park-model RV homes, spacious RV sites, and apartments at the Riverrun Lodge, offering comfortable and flexible living options in a fun and unique setting. One of the things residents appreciate most about Riverrun is the flexibility. There is no limit on how long you can stay under the weekly rate structure, and many guests have chosen to stay with us for years, enjoying the simplicity and convenience of weekly living.
