Lease terms

We are looking for responsible tenants interested in a 12 24 month lease (preferred), though we are open to discussing a longer lease for the right tenant if needed. Security deposit required. Background check and rental history checks will be required. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water, electricity, gas, and internet. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Pets may be considered on a case by case basis. We are looking for tenants who will take pride in the home, keep it clean and treat it with care/respect. Please include a brief introduction about yourself, who will be living in the home, your desired move in date and your preferred lease term when inquiring.
