As a limited access, keyless entry building, it offers security and convenience. This is a no smoking property. The $125/month amenities fee covers water, sewer, trash removal, cable, internet and use of the on-site fitness center. Pets are conditional with additional $300 non-refundable deposit and monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. The lease term is 12 months.
