Ridgewood Apartments

Ridgewood Apartments is a community of 60 apartment homes located just off of West Chester Pike (Rt. 3) on Westtown Way. Our setting is quiet and picturesque, and convenient to all that West Chester and the surrounding areas have to offer, yet away from the hustle and bustle of highways and commercial areas. We are located in the West Chester Area School District, and are close to West Chester parks and recreation facilities. Our one and two bedroom apartment homes feature spacious and conveniently laid out floor plans, and both sizes provide a separate living room, dining room, and kitchen area. All one bedrooms have a den, and all two bedrooms have two full baths. Studios provide an open floor plan with a full bathroom. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, central air, wall to wall carpeting, and a patio or balcony. Masonry construction ensures a quiet living environment. Laundry facilities and extra storage are located in each building. All buildings are secure and equipped with an intercom/buzzer system that allows for communication between parties, as well as a remote door unlock option for the residents. Hot and cold water, sewer, and trash are included. Cable and High Speed Internet are available. Cats are welcome, up to two per apartment. Ridgewood also provides ample off street parking, as well as on site management and maintenance. Deposits & fees - application fee $35/person, deposit $100. All apartments are non-furnished.
