Lease terms

The lease is periodic for 11 months ending august 1st 2027, and will need to be renewed if you wish to continue tenancy. The ranch house includes a 24ish ft by 40 ft section of the shop on the property. This section of the shop has a large 13ft door and a loft for storage. You are required to keep the grass cut around the house. A Pet fee of 400 per pet is required. As this is a single family dwelling emotional support pets still require the pet fees. Your deposit is fully refundable minus the cleaning fee from a company I use. The fee varies depending on how clean it is when you leave from 200 to 800. Of course the deposit will go against any repairs from non-standard wear or left behind items to clean up, then against any late fees or rent still due. You are required to have renters insurance. You Pay for all utilities. I will guarantee no rent increase for the period of the current lease. We use Rent-prep for screening it costs 45 dollars, unless the prices have changed. Disqualification can occur for low credit, previous evictions, criminal offences, any false information submitted. We do not allow reusable screening reports.
