No pit bulls or pit bull mix. If approved an additional $500 security deposit and $35/mo pet rent is required per pet. No smoking Security deposit: equal to one month's rent or more depending on application approval Tenant pays electricity and a flat bill back utility fee of $100 per month for Water/Sewer. Owners may switch to ratio-based utility billing in the future. Garbage is provided. We accept applications online via our website.
