This small 48 unit complex is really not a complex at all, it is tucked within a very nice residential neighborhood and spans two sides of the street. There is a distinct pride of ownership for this property and you will notice the difference when you do your property tour. The property has 15 different floor plans, and vary in size with our largest three bedroom that is over 1700 square feet. We have many long term residents on this quiet street. We are walking distance to the new Link Community Center, Library, Police Department and neighborhood services.
The property is centrally located, just streets away from 121 and 820, 377 and Rufe Snow.
Barbrook Park, featuring access to Big Fossil Creek, open green spaces and shade trees, is less than a 15-minute walk away from the community.
