People say it looks and feels very charming. Has a queen bed and a pullout sofa. Comfortable for we can getaways and short-term rentals.
The rental property is an attachment to my home and I live here full-time. The property is at the end of the road which overlooks high rock lake. The property is very natural, surrounded by water, garden, flowers, and trees. It is 20 minutes outside Salisbury off a charming country road called Bringle ferry. Property is tranquil not party central.
Half of the neighbors are weekenders and the other half are full timers so it is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are kind, friendly, and very helpful. Neighbors are often walking the road into the neighborhood.
