The owner pays for water and garbage. The renter pays for gas, electrical, and any other amenities such as wi-fi or cable. The home has its own meter and gas tank. The first and last month's rent is due at signing. You maintain the inside, we will get the premises cleaned up a couple of times a year. We ask that you maintain the premises clean by doing the basics, such as leaf blowing and keeping the deck and driveway clean and uncluttered. We, unfortunately, do not take pets and prefer non-smokers only, thank you for understanding. We do not share the exact address until we arrange a showing simply to respect our privacy. Thank you for understanding. The home is on the 2nd floor so you must be ok with some stairs. The home sits on top of our shop, we use it for storage. At times you'll hear the garage doors open underneath, we are respectful of using those doors only during normal daytime hours and don't do it too often. If you rent the home furnished, you can buy the items for a very reasonable cost, they can be added to your rent to pay off in 6 months. The lease would be set until the end of the year, December 2024, and expanded to a longer term at that point.
