No Washer/Dryer on site, tenants must use the Laundromat. No Mailboxes on site, tenants must get a P.O. Box. No Smoking. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. We perform background checks and check your credit. While we don't require perfect credit, we are cautious about any scores below 650. We do need to see that you have gainful employment or a good source of income and have a stable rental history or mortgage history. We do require 3 times the market rent in paystubs to be approved.
