A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required prior to move-in. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and yard care. Move in is available on or after the listed date. No smoking inside the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 and monthly pet rent of $35/mo per pet will apply for all animals. Tenants must maintain renter's insurance and keep the property in good condition. Background, credit, and income verification will be required with the application for all occupants over 18.
