No drinking alcohol inside the home. No parties, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior. Tenants must keep room, bathroom, and shared areas clean and respectful. This is a quiet home, shared with two elderly residence, so we are looking for responsible, respectful, clean, tenant who values a peaceful living environment.
