Redline Quincy Adams Station is only 6-7 min walk away. Bus station is around the corner. Yet it's quiet and relaxing in our neighborhood. People around here are very nice and friendly. And most importantly, it's safe. Up for lease is a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in this two-family house with open kitchen/living room and an extra sunroom for office or dinning. Good for a couple or a young family. Kitchen/dining equipped with dishwasher, double door fridge; whole house heat pump with smart thermostat; compact size washer and dryer in the unit.
