The apartment is located on a quiet side street across from a park. Friendly neighborhood, highway is 5 minutes away, 10 minute walk to Red Line (Quincy Adams T), and the newly built-up Quincy center is nearby with lots of restaurants. It's a 10 minute drive to Wollaston Beach! Hardwood floors, living room, bonus spare room, plenty of storage in the basement, off street parking, plenty of on-street parking, laundry in-unit, 1.5 bathrooms.
