SUMMER RENTAL - JULY through SEPTEMBER available on a month-to-month basis. Need about 8-10 days notice to begin rental for transition and cleaning (ie: if you place a deposit and sign lease on July 1st we can start the lease around July 8th-10th). All utilities and shared internet connection is included within normal and ordinary usage. Parking is extremely limited due to the design of the neighborhood. Ideal tenants will have 1-2 vehicles and may park in the driveway. Additional vehicles, including vehicles of guests who stop by for longer durations, may need to be parked 1 block away on a different street to respect the neighbors / neighborhood. All neighbors require the space(s) in front of their homes due to the design of the street and the lots in the early 1900s.
