Very close to several campuses including Johnson and Wales, RISD, the down city campuses of URI, Roger Williams and Brown s Alpert Medical. You re also very close to Brown, PC college, RIC, And you re right on the bus line to all of these within minutes. The roommates are undergrad/ grad students + graduated young professional in their 20s, seeking others that are twenty-something. The only requirement - they prefer non smokers/non pet owners and they are seeking roommates who are keen to participate in keeping the common space clean (No one cares about the messiness of your room lol) Although you are renting a whole apartment, the landlord will provide an independent liability lease for just your portion of the rent + utilities.
