Located in Beckley at 309 Neville St. (The Presidential) a historic hotel, converted to meet the needs of budget conscious renters, is conveniently located within walking distance of WVU Tech. as well as other local amenities, including easy access to the local bus stop. Each room comes equipped with a personal size refrigerator and has a private bathroom. Additionally, residents have access to onsite laundry facilities, a shared kitchen area, and a secured building entry. City HUD recipients are also welcome to apply.
