This floor also gets a lot of sun and breeze from all 4 sides This suite is a very large space, and it has its own seating/living area, a new, large smart T.V., a working area with a desk and a chair as well as the bed area with very comfortable Queen size bed that has a very comfortable high-end mattress. The large full bath and a walk-in closet adds to the independence and privacy from the lower, main floor. The lower/main floor has a big open concept Living/dining/kitchen area as well as 2 lovely bedrooms. The living Room area has lots of seating area with a new, large smart Fire TV with all kinds of apps as well as regular cable, and also allows people to play hundreds of games. The second bedroom is generously sized, and has an elegant queen size bedroom set complete with a chest of drawers and 2 night tables as well as a work area that has a desk and a chair. It also has a deep closet with lots of storage space, and it is well lit with lots of sun coming through the windows. The third/small bedroom has a lovely full size bed, a small closet and very pretty windows which bring in lots of sun. So, there are 2 full baths in this apartment: one on each floor, ample free parking on the driveway as well as free street parking. And its large, beautiful bathroom with a full size tub and shower has lots of storage, and the walk-in closet is very nice to have. But the privacy and the independence that this suite offers from the rest of the unit below is something many of our guests valued highly. I find this space to be very peaceful, quiet and serene: a perfect place to recharge, think, work or just chill Living in a nice, breezy house with a yard and a New England style porch seems much nicer than living in a big building or in an apartment/condo complex especially these days, and the location seems to be so convenient and the neighborhood very nice, safe and lovely.
