Currently renovating a two bedroom / one bathroom apartment in the Centennial neighborhood tucked away off of 146th Ave., avoiding the street noise and main street traffic. It's a small, private apartment community of just five units and two buildings. There's tenant parking on the premises as well as a coin-operated shared laundry room. A grand feature is the private backyard and brand-new floors throughout the apartment, new custom built kitchen with all-new appliances among other thoughtful new details. The previous tenant lived in the unit for three generations and we hope the next renter will also find this new place their home. We will need proof of a monthly gross income of 2 times the monthly rent, verifiable rental history, and first month's rent with a refundable security deposit of one month's rent for move-in ($3,400). This unit is a current work-in-progress, follow along as we update with more photos. We will be showing the unit after mid May. Ideally looking for a long-term tenant on a month-to-month lease for a June 1st availability. No smoking and no pets permitted. All occupants must be on the rental lease and every adult will go through a standard credit and background check. You will also open your own PGE account for electricity, plus your own cable/internet if desired.
