Newly opened park nearby (Harvest Park) and walking trails everywhere. Only 3 miles to the Springville Road trailhead & Fire Road 7 in Forest Park. Washer and dryer upstairs in the laundry room. Garage storage available. Parking is street parking.....plenty of that available. EV Charging is possible in the garage. Prefer someone who is employed OUTSIDE THE HOUSE rather than work from home. I work from home and use one of the 4 bedrooms as my office. ONLY ONE PERSON PLEASE! Feel free to ask me questions. Thank you
