You simply will not believe you are ten minutes from downtown Portland and 5 minutes from old town Beaverton in this very unique, fun, but not "fancy" home built in 1936. This fully furnished house includes a beautiful, high-end pool table, exercise room with weights, mats, etc... and so much more. There are aspects to this home you simply don't find in modern homes, including the massive wooden front door with a giant peephole, the round ship-like windows, the original wood floors, the sizeable cement-poured deck with a fire pit, and, of course, the oversized fireplace that is so big it would not pass today's codes:-) It is quiet and peaceful here. The property and parking, which are huge, are shared with a few small vacation rentals. There is also a carport to cover a couple of cars. The property has a fantastic 100-foot-long suspension bridge that leads to a labyrinth and "Sasquatche's Chair," which you may walk to clear your mind. There are some areas of the property only for those renting the vacation rentals. There is a basement unit in which only my property manager and I stay sometimes. It is not for rent otherwise. The utilities for you are only $175 monthly, including electricity, gas, water, and trash. (wifi is the only thing not included) For Any quick short-term rentals, rent will be negotiated.
