Rent is due at date decided between renter and landlord. 1 month min. stay - discussion on if you would like to stay longer/shorter. Cleaning fee: $250.00 Utilities: Included, excluding Wifi. Background Check to be completed through Keycheck request sent by landlord. $45 Wifi can be set up through xfinity or shares with landlord if agreed upon. $30 Absolutely no copying the keys. if you require a second key, your landlord will provide one for you. Please do not flush wipes, tampons, or paper towels down the toilet as the pipes in this house are old and can't handle it. Do not make holes in the walls; please use command strips for hanging items. No grease or coffee grounds down the drains. No carrot or potato peelings in garbage disposal. Renters insurance is required by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for snow removal from the side walk in front of the house and path to the front door within 24-48 hours after snowfall. Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the house. - This is a shoe free home. Shoe trays are provided at each exterior door. Parking: Use the space at the end of the path in front of the house; do not park unless discussed with landlord parking arrangements. Apply the E brake when parking on a hill. Note: Portable AC available for use. Second smart available for use. Changes to the property and exterior/interior are prohibited and will only be made by the landlord. Smoking and use of illegal substances are prohibited on the property. This is a smoke and drug free home. Please no candles. Only 2 tenants are allowed; large parties or gatherings are not permitted. Guests are not allowed to stay longer than two weeks. No pets allowed. Breaking the lease will result in the loss of the security deposit. A 30-day notice to vacate is required from tenants renting for 90 days or more. Tenants are responsible for keeping the property clean. Do not leave gas fireplace on when away from the property. Excessive use of utilities and AC will be taken out of security deposit.
