If these are things you look for in a home we may be a good fit for you so please keep reading :) Our house is a recently renovated 1930s Farmhouse. The generously sized living room and kitchen get great natural light. The upstairs consists of 2 fully furnished bedrooms all equipped with blackout curtains. The main floor bathroom has a shower and tub. There is one room on the main floor and 2 rooms in the renovated basement. One beautiful feature of our home is that the bedrooms do not sit directly over the top of each other so this helps to limit the noise. However, is an older home so please keep that in mind. Each room has a smart TV and is fully furnished. The kitchen is a shared common space and is fully furnished as well. There is a small workout area in the garage with brand new treadmill. Rooms vary in price based on square footage and closet size. The two rooms currently for rent are small so would be a good fit for someone who works a lot or is out of the house a lot and wants to save some money. -Fully Furnished Rooms -Price includes bills and access to amenities -Furnished kitchen -Fast WiFi -Ample Parking -W/D in house -Dishwasher -Basic workout equipment in garage -Window A/C units provided for 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms June- September.

My name is Jessica and I am a travel nurse based in Portland, Oregon. I own my home and rent out each of the rooms individually. I have traveled to different cities and feel this gives me a great perspective on what renters are looking for in rental housing. I currently have 3 rooms for rent that is fully furnished. The housing is shared and co-ed but I make it a point to vet my renters and hold a high standard for respect and privacy. You will find that my house is very quiet and everyone is friendly and busy doing their own thing with work or hobbies. I am available for in person tours or zoom tours any day this week.
