Both bathroom and kitchen are separated from main living space by a hallway. Suite has a large closet, built-ins, wainscoting, covered porch. A short walk to all the shops on 23rd and on Thurman, just steps to beautiful Forest Park hiking trails, on the bus line, and near the streetcar. 10 min to OHSU, closer to PSU, 15 min to Reed. Easy drive to Intel without going through the city. This is a serene setting we hope you would find a quiet place of work and contemplation. It makes a great writer's or artist's retreat, or in-town home. We are a quiet, professional couple. Completely furnished. If coming to Portland for sabbatical, internship, to visit family, or extended stay, this is suitcase move-in ready, complete with linens, cookware, etc. Several Travel Nurses have found this a good fit. Centrally located making it easy to commute anywhere within the city or to the surrounding area. Utilities and Security/Damage deposit. References. No commercial use; no home office. Three-six month rental. Available for longer. A previous tenant stayed three years. Three months or longer preferred, but a shorter time period may be considered at higher rate.
