A quiet neighbor who is community-centered, invested in the St John's community, down to do the occasional front yard hang + borrowing sugar sorta neighborly/friendly vibe. Private side yard patio was completed in 2023, entire house exterior and interior were painted in 2023 (interior is completely white), bathroom and kitchen flooring was remodeled with new tub insert and marmoleum flooring (hypoallergenic).
