Utilities all included.* Hiya! I'm looking for an easy-going 4th roommate to fill a furnished bedroom, one for $885/month. Quiet atmosphere, convenient location. About: A cozy 3br/2 bath-ranch in trendy St. Johns. Located nxt to Cathedral Park & the iconic St Johns bridge. Quiet neighborhood, & still just 2 short blocks from movie theater, stores, farmer's market, bars & other attractions. Forest Park hiking just across the bridge. Basically everything you need w/in walking. Also near multiple bus lines. Shared open-plan kitchen w eating area and dishwasher, living room w fireplace, laundry, lush landscaping, spacious yard, jacuzzi. Must love animals - we've got 2 cats. Bdrm (~9'x10') is fully furnished, including w a tv & several streaming services. Has a big wall-length, mirrored closet and a window looking out at a huge cherry tree. You would share bathroom w 1 other person. All utilities and high-speed wifi included. Central air and heating included. Offering month-to-month after 3-month trial. Willing to discuss long-term after seeing how we jive. Us: We enjoy doing our own thing, but also like each other's company and create a comfortable, safe home. Roommate 1&2: We're a couple. Rachael is the homeowner, in my late 40s, and is on long-term disability (not working). Ken substitute teaches. We waiver between being home a lot and/or not at all (gone most of the summer). We are generally quiet & spend most of our time in our room, out w friends, often out on the water, or traveljng. We're very laid back and, like many Portlanders, progressive. Roommate 3: An early 30s, chill woman who works at an EDM venue on the weekends. She's very friendly but also keeps to herself Need from you: Cleanliness. We are clean people and absolutely need the house to stay that way. Respectful, laid back also required. Also must not own a lot of stuff, as the house is at storage capacity. It is desired that all/most of your belongings can fit in your room. You have stable employment and are able to pay rent on time and in full (obvi). You know what's required to make roommate relationships work. I'm hoping to find someone who is willing to be straightforward and authentic if disagreements arise; it would be great if we all contribute to the creation of a comfortable home and are able to laugh and talk with each other, but balance that with doing our own thing too. You don't have tons of people over all the time.
