The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This apartment is rustic but has all the basics and is quiet and safe behind the main house. It has no laundry facilities, but there are two laundromats within a short distance. There is a little patio in front of the main entrance to the apartment. The rent is $1000 per month and includes utilities and WiFi. There is a $1000 deposit to be paid with the first month's rent. Options for renting include: month-to-month, three-month lease, or six-month lease. This apartment is only for one person who has no pets, is not a smoker of any type, and doesn't vape. In the main house out front, we are a quiet couple with a smaller dog. We are low key and easy going. Parking is available on the street. Use of the driveway and the backyard are not for renters.
