House is separated by a fence so private with its own entrance and street parking. Suitable for one person. Seeking tidy, quiet and respectful tenant. This unit cannot have dogs. No drama, drugs, partying, smoking or vaping. Tenant pays for propane on top of rent and utilities fee. One year lease desired but can negotiate less. Can consider a cat but due to proximity to the next door neighbor with dogs, we cannot allow dogs. Unit has seperate high speed internet. Additional $200 a month paid by tenant covers all utilities including internet. Tenant also responsible for propane for hot water heater and stove. Needs filled every 2-3 months and runs approximately $20 month purchased locally at Arrow Lumber. Thank you:)
