Shared parking space area, renter will have space for one vehicle in the driveway area. Shared kitchen, dining room, living room, spacious view of nature, a vegetable garden and a canal via screened back porch. We live in a quiet neighborhood, close to Walmart, I-95, Tradition, many restaurants and shopping centers. No smoking, vaping, drugs, alcohol, loud noise, pets or other people allowed on premises. We are a family living in the rest of the house seeking a female tenant. Room, closets & bathroom height are 10ft. Floors for room are approximately 115 sq. ft, bathroom is approximately 62 sq. ft, main closet is approximately14 sq. ft, and bathroom linen closet floor is approximately 2.33 sq. ft.

Vivimos en un vecindario tranquilo, cerca de Walmart, I-95, Tradition, muchos restaurantes y centros comerciales. No se permite fumar, vapear, drogas, alcohol, ruidos fuertes, mascotas u otras personas en las instalaciones. Somos una familia que vive en el resto de la casa buscando una inquilina. La altura de la habitacion, los armarios y el bano es de 10 pies. Los pisos de la habitacion son de aproximadamente 115 pies cuadrados, el bano es de aproximadamente 62 pies cuadrados, el armario principal es de aproximadamente 14 pies cuadrados y el piso del armario de ropa de bano es de aproximadamente 2.33 pies cuadrados.

Respectful, friendly, clean and peaceful family. We expect no loud noise throughout the day & night since we work and study from home. We'd prefer a female tenant that is working and studying most of the day and that rests early as we do.
