Move-In Details * First Month's Rent: $1,800 (due at move-in) * Last Month's Rent: $1,800 (due at move-in) * Security Deposit: $500 (refundable see note below) * Total Move-In Cost: $4,100 * Monthly Pet Fee: $60 per pet (if applicable) * Security Deposit Policy: The $500 security deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay. It will only be retained in part or in full in the event of damage to the unit, its furnishings, or appliances beyond normal wear and tear. * Lease Term: 12-month lease (1 year). First and last month's rent, along with the $500 refundable security deposit, are required at signing. * Requirements: A background check, proof of income, and agreement with our 100% smoke-free policy (inside and outside the unit).
