Stable income equal to 3X rent is required. This studio apartment is located in an entirely renovated (to the studs) duplex with two units. Each apartment is approximately 550 SF. Apartment B is a studio loft-style apartment in downtown Port Clinton. This clean, safe, newly renovated building was formerly a dry cleaner. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, bars, parks, Jet Express, library, coffee shops, etc. This unit includes a wall hung, flat screen TV and a full size washer and dryer, as well. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make an average meal. We provide linens, towels, etc. as well. We fondly say, "all you need is to bring your toothbrush"! Everything else is included. It is only 2 blocks to downtown Port Clinton, Jet Express, Library, Courthouse, Post Office, Restaurants and Bars. If you are interested, please include the answers to the following questions in a text to : 1) Who will be living in the condo? 2) Pets? Cats considered with pet rent and/or additional deposit required. 3) Anyone smoke or vape? 4) Desired lease duration? 5) Proof of stable, year-round employment? Where/how long? 6) ANY past evictions or history of possible evictions/filed, etc. 7) First and last months rent, plus security deposit equal to one month required prior to moving in. Security deposit required to reserve the unit until move in, the remaining 48 hours prior to moving in. Proof of 3x rent to income required.
