Enter the upstairs house by first passing through the pedestrian gate or driving through the carport, then ascend the stairwell to the seafront balcony on the second floor to the main entrance at the open floor plan living room dining kitchenette area furnished with a newer 20,000 BTU split air conditioner with remote control, full size refrigerator freezer, small oven range and a full range of kitchen cabinets including space to install your microwave oven. There isn't much furniture up there, so you should plan on bringing a few personal items including a bed.
The bedroom and the bathroom are located in the rear half of the house which actually sits along Paseo de pesca because you're entering at seaside, and the bedroom includes a full size dresser with mirror, a closet, a ceiling fan with light fixture, an air conditioner, a smart tv with remote control and a set of windows which open up for natural light and air ventilation.
The laundry closet is next to the fully tiled bathroom and includes a washer and dryer.
The posted rental rate is single occupant without pet, and is being offered to a single person without pet, preferably someone who knows some handyman skills which the homeowner is willing to compensate.
Use of the carport can be negotiated with the homeowner.
No pets or animals allowed.
The house is for sale, so you should be willing to allow the real estate agent to show it clean from time to time for 5-10 minutes, for compensation.
