Our professional staff is dedicated to your needs and is available to assist you seven days a week. Furthermore, our pet-friendly community is located only minutes from all that East Mesa and the Valley of the Sun has to offer, including shopping, dining, and entertainment - such as Mesa Ampitheatre, Superstition Springs Shopping Center, Dana Park Village, Hohokam Stadium, and much more!
The Polo Club is pet-friendly! We accept both dogs and cats; residents may have no more than two pets per apartment home with a collective weight of less than 50 lbs. Keep in mind that other pet limits, including certain breed restrictions, apply. Please contact us for more details.
One Pet: $400 pet deposit ($200 refundable upon move-out), with $25 monthly pet fee.
Two Pets: $600 pet deposit ($300 refundable upon move-out), with $50 monthly pet fee.
