This home is freshly renovated, with a beach feeling including yard table dining set, outdoor seating and amazing sunlight. The home is located walking distance from Arnold Ave and NJ Transit Train Station (Point Pleasant Beach Station), 6 blocks to the boardwalk and 3 blocks to the beach. You can walk everywhere you need to go within the town. Walk to the boardwalk, walk to the inlet, walk to amazing and fun restaurants, walk to the beach, walk around the lake. The home will sleep up to 10 people. Two Queen Size Beds and 6 XL Twin Beds (XL Twin is longer than a regular twin bed). All quality furniture and quality mattresses. Just bring your bed sheets and comforters and towels. The home has 2 full baths, 1 additional shower (3 showers in totals), washer and dryer, outdoor dining set and umbrella, outdoor seating with umbrellas and a gas grill. The lake next door is wonderful. See the fireworks from the beach or from a bench at the lake every Thursday night at 9 pm. Just an amazing experience. Six (6) Bradshaw Beach Badges are available for use during your stay (on-season only). That's over $900 in savings (beach access is $18 per day per person [2025 season]).
