Minimum lease term is 1 month. Security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required upon signing the lease agreement. Tenants are responsible for trash. Wifi is available. Pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Renters found smoking indoors or on the property will be charged $500- please step outside of the property (including the porch and the backyard) if you are smoking. Landlord reserves the right to access the property for maintenance, repairs, or inspections with reasonable notice to tenants. There is ample parking provided in the driveway, otherwise additional street parking can be found directly in front of the house. Landlord is responsible for routine maintenance and repairs, excluding tenant-caused damages.
