This barn studio loft is located in Swansboro country .… water included .A unique opportunity to live in complete serenity. It is located 20 min. from downtown Placerville. Finnon lake and campground are minutes away: fishing, hiking paddle boarding ,biking etc. The barn loft has a fenced back yard for gardening and private outdoor space.
This studio loft is only suited for a single occupant due the the septic system.
Owners live on property with adult daughter and her 18 year old grandson, 2 golden retrivers and a cat. We do have a large garden with bees.
