1 bedroom for rent in large home. Flexible leases, minimum of 6-months to 1-year. A few minutes walk to the gym (LA Fitness), grocery store (Aldi), riverside bike/running trails, movie theater, and various restaurants/bars (Cheesecake Factory, Hofbrauhaus...to name a few) that are part of the Southside Works area. Home is located 7-10 blocks away from the busier parts of the Southside Flats....so enough distance to live peacefully, find street parking, while still close to the action. Asking for $650 (w/large shared bath) + utilities a month per bedroom. Utilities (cable, gas, water, electric) will be split evenly between the other roommates. Utilities are roughly $175/person/month for everything. Living quarter furniture (sofas, dining tables, chairs, furniture etc.) will be provided, but all bedrooms come unfurnished. If needed, I can furnish the bedroom for an extra monthly fee. Quiet, respectful, and clean young professionals and graduate students welcome. Rooms are rented on a single tenant basis (i.e. can't be shared/split with kids or bf/gf). May be subject to a basic PA background check ($35 fee per person).
