Fill out and email before your appointment: the Rental Application, along with your (Proof of Income) your current pay stubs (total of 1 month) or last years tax returns for independent workers. Security Deposit = one to two month's rent (depending on information from credit check) Pet Friendly with additional deposit of $300.00 per pet (maximum 2) and $30.00 monthly pet rent (per pet).
