Lease Term and Renewal Option This Lease shall begin on 6/1/26 ("Start Date") and continue for a period of twelve (12) months, ending on __________ ("End Date"). Tenant shall have the option to extend this Lease for an additional twelve (12) months (for a total of twenty-four (24) months), provided Tenant gives written notice to Landlord at least ____ days prior to the End Date.
