Hello im Nikki, I own this property and looking for renters on short term bases that could turn into long term. Maximum leasing agreement at this current time is 3 months but can be extended based on renters . This home is a labor of love. The home has solar panels but still generates a SRP bill there is a flat rate that is included in your rent but if there is an overage you are required to pay. The flat rate is 180 a month and anything over that you are responsible paying. I am paying for my solar panels as well as the HOA which is also considered in the rent rate. Any violation in the HOA can result in termination of lease or the renter is responsible for fees. The internet is included. You will receive a key to the mailbox I do get mail at this home from Arizona. If the key is not returned there is a $300 fee because I have to get the mailbox rekeyed. All entries keypad accessible. I do not give out garage door openers because I have not gotten them returned. Yard maintenance is also included in the rental fee so you don't have to take care of that. There's absolutely no parking on rocks you must use the driveway and the garage. HOA considers this a violation and there are Hefty fines for parking on rocks. I also take care of garbage and trash collection within the fees as well as water. Unfortunately there is absolutely no pets at all any violation of this is immediate termination of lease. Renters insurance is not an option and if you take on a contract for this home renter insurance has to be shown within 15 days of receipt of access if not lease is automatically terminated. Renters agree to access to the premises for any maintenance. Smoking in the inside of the home is not allowed.
