Nice big fenced yard with flagstone and deck with 10 person spa. Quiet with both city and mountain views. New doors, windows, flooring. Utilities (water, electricity (assuming a thermostat setting at 76 min in summer and 70 max in winter; otherwise there will be additional charge), trash, included.
If tenant has internet TV, they must pay for their own service.

Please fill in renter info before asking for a tour. This is the west half of my residence. I am a professional and seek to maintain a tranquil environment. Furnished or unfurnished but is turn key presently. Off-street parking. Tenant pays cost of propane to heat spa. Mailbox is around the corner in a cul-de-sac in a locked bank of mailboxes. Guest suite is its own unit that has been rented to travel nurses, a pipefitter, an author, and a young couple in the past. Security deposit is $1500. Tenant is responsible for side yard cleanliness (sweeping stairs) and spa cleanliness-keeping leaves out of it. No space is shared except the driveway. The next to last pic is across my yard to the suite's fenced side yard.
