There are two options for rent: renting a bedroom in the house for $900/month, or for $1150/mo we can share the third bedroom as an office space. Room has a private entrance. House has loads of historic charm and is well-located, it is bikeable to Roosevelt Row. The landlord is attentive and friendly. Yard is well-landscaped with lots of trees and shade as well as a firepit. Wood floors, natural light. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.
