No smoking is allowed in the complex. If you have an allergy to hay, that may be an issue since my roommate feeds her guinea pigs hay. If you have any free-roaming pets, the leasing office requires you to pay a pet deposit, which you'll get back from them if there aren't any damages caused by the pet. Roommates would prefer someone in a similar life stage as them, in their early 20s. And again, we are not subletting. If you are interested in being added to the lease let me know and we can contact the leasing office to begin an application. There is a lot more information about amenities on the actual lease. The lease ends at the end of November, so this is a 5 month living situation.

Private room with a large window that lets in a lot of natural lighting, a standard reach-in closet, and a thermostat for room-specific heating.… The private room will be unfurnished. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it is easy to move furniture into. Shared space includes a fully furnished living room, a kitchen with all the standard appliances, dining room, a bathroom that is shared with 1 other person, and in-unit laundry. The space is shared with 2 other roommates whom each have their own rooms. We are not subletting the apartment, this is just a listing to find someone to replace a roommate on the lease. Potential tenants will have to go through an application process with the leasing office before they can be added to the lease. The lease ends at the end of November, so this is a temporary living situation.

Housemate details

One roommate is a student. He frequently cooks meals for the whole household. He has an allergy to cats. The other roommate is between jobs because of an injury, but she is perfectly able to pay her share of rent. She keeps guinea pigs in her room.
