The full-sized restroom includes a toilet, sink, and a updated walk-in shower with bench, and a large linen cabinet. The unit is on a 2 acres lot with hundreds fruit trees with free access, a beautiful landscaped garden, and a vineyard style terrace. Another outdoor terrace with a resort style feel offers a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, refrigerators, cooktop, icemaker, grill, and enjoy some fun with an exercise machine tread mill and jacuzzi. Around the property you will see a mini farm with goats, bunnies, and chickens, and a Koi fish and duck pond. Rent includes all utilities (gas, electric, garbage, internet, cable). This Guest house used to be a temporary vacation spot, but I am now looking for a permanent tenant. 1 Month rent deposit, 1 small dog, $100 pet deposit (non-refundable).
