They are similar to deluxe hotel/ apartment suites with full private restroom, kitchenette, dedicated private entrance with a private porch. If you choose you may have access to the main home common areas such as a kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room with a sink. There is sliding glass doors that open to a big back porch that overlooks the 1st hole on Perdido bay golf course. There is ample private parking and there is a resort type private swimming pool with changing areas/ restrooms. You have full use of the golf course restaurant although there are fees involved. The golf course's bar and grill restaurant are within steps from your cottage and you can take advantage of breakfast lunch and dinner to go orders. I will provide you with a menu. There are deer everywhere especially in the evenings and at night. Most of the cottages on the green are owned by the golf course that are used for corporate events and reunions and vacation stays but they are expensive starting at $200 a night and those cottages are not updated and are certainly not professionally decorated and furnished like your cottage.
